Rather than creating typical new year resolutions (that typically don't work), many people pick one or a few words that represent the value(s) behind their new year goals. These one-word resolutions become a check and motivator throughout the year. Using a single word for the year has become more mainstream in recent years as opposed to doing a traditional New Year’s Resolution. So for 2024, it’s time to focus on one word that will help you use the power of manifestation and the Law of Attraction to pull in everything you want this coming year! The idea behind one word is “to overcome distractions and bring more focus, purpose, commitment and success” in the coming year.
