Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there will be a high-energy DJ dance party in front of Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway on December 31. You’ll also be able to dance into the new year with a sizzling countdown moment. Disney’s Hollywood Studios has also added New Year’s Eve Fireworks to the schedule at 11:57 pm. Typically, Disney’s Hollywood Studios does not offer a fireworks show on New Year’s Eve, much less any other day of the year. Disney’s Hollywood Studios effectively abandoned its proper fireworks launch site across World Drive years ago, and has only presented rooftop launch fireworks in recent years. That looks like it may change this This year, the park’s New Year’s Eve celebration will include special character appearances and live entertainment like high-energy dance parties and the Pixar Dance Party. But this year, the festivities will also include a rare fireworks display called the “New Year Countdown Fireworks.” Disney has released a trailer for the upcoming holiday special, ‘The Year: Countdown to 2024’, which is a special one-hour New Year’s Eve event hosted by“Good Morning America” co-anchor Robin Roberts, which will air on ABC on Sunday, 31st December 2023 at 7:00-8:00 p.m. EST. Over at Disney California Adventure, the “New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebration” dance parties are listed on the schedule as occurring in Paradise Garden and Hollywood Land from 8 pm until 1 am. There’s also a ton of live entertainment and more. Party favors are also distributed in both parks. Over in Magic Kingdom, you can watch Disney’s special New Year’s Eve fireworks two nights in a row! On December 30th and December 31st, you can see the nighttime show and even participate in a countdown to New Year’s with a few thousand of your closest friends. EPCOT. EPCOT will have its longest hours of the year, open from 9:00 am (early entry at 8:30 am) to 1:00 am on December 31. The new nighttime show, Luminous The Symphony of Us, will begin at 6:30 pm, while a New Year's countdown fireworks show, "Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration," will light up the sky starting at 11:54 pm.
